If you’re ever having a bad day just stop by a Children’s Jiu-Jitsu competition. I’m telling you, the energy, smiles and laughter that happened yesterday at Gracie Barra Federal Way was amazing. I had the best time chatting with the parents, taking photos and watching these children do what they love. So many of them were competing with big smiles on their faces. I love Jiu-Jitsu!
